The time I spent journeying with Mahé was incredibly nourishing.

I can describe my first individual session as a new birth.

Mahé understands, like no other, to capture and mirror feelings, subjective experience, mood and dynamics in situations skillfully in word and body language.

Her presence and her gift to open and hold an appreciative, loving and secure space gave me the necessary confidence to fully open up to her.

With her colorful repertoire of beneficial and activating methods, she confidently, prudently, intuitively and respectfully picked me up from where I was and gently brought me into a benevolent self-contact, playfully introduced me to my self-strengthening process and from there gradually guided me into my capacity to act.

After the session I was grounded in myself and with this support within me able to resume my engagement with my inner child.

It is a blessing that Mahe delivers what she promises. One becomes aware that here is a woman at work who has found her calling. 

I am so infinitely grateful that I accepted the invitation of my heart and faced this deep journey through the world of my suppressed and rejected parts.

I was allowed to experience so much depth, truth and compassion within myself.

It felt so guided because such valuable healing processes were allowed to take place. With more acceptance, more openness to uncomfortable feelings and situations, and in more love with my body and nervous system.

Feeling, holding and expressing emotions is one of my deepest life issues and Mahé held such a wonderful, powerful space for this, where ALL was allowed to be.

Experiencing this journey, feeling other women in it as well, connecting with them with these issues, has been very healing.
