her intuition, her instincts, her cycles, her deep connection to land and body.
We’ve been taught to override our instincts, ignore our bodies, and stay productive instead of present.
But the feminine is naturally designed to be in relationship with the Earth—through rhythm, breath, and sensation.
She invites us to slow down, feel more, and return to a mycelic field of knowing.
This work matters—because how we relate to the Earth reflects how we relate to our own bodies, to each other, and to life itself.
Reclaiming our sensual connection to the Earth is the medicine we as a collective need right now.
It teaches us how to soften instead of escape, how to root instead of collapse, how to breathe with life again.

We attune to the natural rhythms that shape us, remembering that our inner tides mirror the cycles of the Earth—and that healing begins in alignment with both. We enter the field of the mycelium to open deeper layers of perception, healing, and communion with the unseen intelligence of Earth.
DAY 3
SENSUAL INTIMACY WITH BODY AND LAND
VOICE AWAKENING : SOUND AS HEALING POWER OF THE FEMININE
Through touch, breath, and presence, we explore sensuality, co-regulation and union with earth. We activate the voice as a channel for truth, power, and release—reclaiming sound as a sacred tool for feminine embodiment and expression.

OPENENING TO ENERGY HEALING

Intuitive Energy Healing is the art of sensing, moving, and clearing energy through presence, touch, and deep listening to the body’s subtle language. We return to the medicine of the mycelium, deepening into the mystery and allowing Earth to speak directly through body, vision, and feeling.

EMOTIONAL & CREATIVE INTEGRATION
OFFERINGS TO BODY AND LAND
We ground what’s been opened through art, movement, and embodied expression, letting the Earth shape our becoming from the inside out. In reciprocity, we create ritual offerings—honoring the land, our bodies, and the unseen forces that have held us through this journey.
DAY 6
EMERGENCE: WOMAN AS EARTH INTELLIGENCE
We gather to name what has been revealed, to share embodied wisdom, and to stand rooted as women who carry the codes of Earth, ready to live and lead from this deeper place.

We want to cultivate a group field for femme bodies who have been (self-)initiated to a certain depth of their own body and being.

* You have walked through your shadows, not to get rid of them, but to learn how to be in relationship with them. You can soften when feeling attacked, overwhelmed or challenged and bring yourself in self-responsibility and vulnerability in connection with the group. You know your alter ego and enjoy your unique wyrdness while also being excited to be exposed to parts of you that still hold back or dont believe themselves as love and abundance.
* You are ready to become a hollow bone — empty of grasping, open to be moved. You are not here to consume an experience. You are here to be wanted and needed by life — as vessel, as prayer, as creator. You dont thrive for perfection, but for deeper Integrity and alignement in you..

For this Initiation we are invited to feel home in the stunning retreat centre SERRA VIDA, located in a beautiful valley with the Sever River flowing through 8 hectares of untouched, raw nature in Portugal’s lush Serra de São Mamede National Park. We are located a 2.5h drive inland from Lisbon, close to the Spanish border and the medieval castle town of Marvão. We recommend a flight into Sevilla or Lisbon and then car sharing. Rooms will be chosen upon Registration. We have four bed & single accomodation. Our meals will be mostly vegetarian : delicious, full-bodied and organic pleasures.

No, its is not. The work we are doing here is erotic sensual empowerment, meaning we are supporting each other to unfold our erotic core nature through healing touch. Sexual exploration amongst each other is not facilitated or part of the program. That said, we stand for queer love and erotic innocence amongst women as natural and beautiful.

We are trauma-informed and move with the purpose to alchemise core wounds into liberation and deeper intimacy. That said, this is not a retreat to start your trauma-healing journey, nor does it replace therapy.
